Cancellation Policy

50% of fee is due for cancellations within 24–48 hrs of scheduled appointment. 100% of fee is due for same-day cancellations and anything less than 24 hrs notice. If you arrive late: Depending on the schedule for that day, I may be able to extend the appointment so that the client can receive the full session. However, that is at my discretion, and the client is still responsible for the full service price, even if the time cannot be adjusted. If you are late enough to miss more than half of the session, that counts as a cancellation and the full session fee is due. Cancellation fees may be waived for illness, COVID-related concerns, or genuine emergencies when you notify me as soon as possible. I’m happy to reschedule your appointment without a fee in these circumstances. Please do not come to your appointment sick. Prompt communication also gives me the opportunity to offer your time slot to someone else. Cancelation policy applies for packages aswell The standard cancellation policy applies to all appointments, including those booked using a massage package. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the regular price of the scheduled session, rather than the discounted package rate. Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the appointment incur a fee of 50% of the regular session price. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, including same-day cancellations, incur a fee equal to 100% of the regular session price. Arriving late and missing more than half of the scheduled appointment is considered a cancellation. Applicable fees may be deducted from your remaining package balance or collected separately. Exceptions may be made at my discretion in cases of emergencies or illness.
